All our shipments are entrusted exclusively to Magazzini Generali della Brianza SpA (www.magazzinibrianza.it, since 1961 authorized excise warehouse). Thanks to a European network, Magazzini Generali della Brianza is able to pay the excise duty for alcoholic beverages in the most European Countries.
Deliveries will be made according to the timing below based on the order date (or payment notification in case of advanced payment by bank transfer or credit card).

All of our wine will be delivered with appropriate packaging suitable to prevent damage during transport
What happens in case of breakage goods?
if the buyer receives packages visibly damaged (broken packaging or visibly stained by leakage of wine from any broken bottles), it’s necessary to reject only damaged packages by writing on the delivery document "NUM X Packages not accepted because broken ". Advise immediately Winexplict Srl indicating the quantity and type of wine damaged. Winexplicit Srl will arrange for replacing the packages at their own expenses.
What happens in case of partial delivery of goods?
If the buyer receives a number of packages lower than those ordered and stated in the delivery note, you must write on the delivery document the number and type of packages not delivered. Immediately notify Winexplicit Srl indicating the quantity and type of missing product. Winexplicit Srl will arrange to send the packages to replace at his own expense.
Who pays the costs for the return of damaged goods?
Winexplicit Srl will pay the costs of collecting the goods. It is necessary that upon receipt the buyer clearly indicates that packages are damaged, writing in the transport documents and delivering them to the carrier (keeping a copy). Otherwise, the cost will be charged to the purchaser.
Delivery times are expressed in working days for goods available in stock at the time of order or notification of payment in case of payment in advance by bank transfer or credit card
